1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PandaCard, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PandaCard enables you to create, manage and share digital business cards. Our platform offers:

  • Creation of personalised digital business cards
  • QR code generation for easy sharing
  • Various design themes and customisation options
  • Analytics and statistics (depending on plan)
  • Programmable interface (REST API) and webhooks for connecting your own systems (depending on plan)

3. User Accounts

(1) You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

(2) You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with third parties.

(3) You are responsible for all activities that take place under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PandaCard for:

  • Illegal activities or to promote illegal activities
  • Spreading hate speech, discrimination or offensive content
  • Uploading malware or harmful code
  • Spam or unsolicited advertising
  • Infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights
  • Collecting user data without consent
  • Circumventing technical usage limits of the interface (in particular rate limits)
  • Passing on API access tokens or webhook signing keys to third parties

5. User Content

(1) You retain all rights to the content you upload to PandaCard.

(2) By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the scope of the service.

(3) You are solely responsible for the content you share via our platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The PandaCard platform, including design, logo, text and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The PandaCard logo and name are registered trademarks.

7. Termination

(1) You can delete your account at any time in the account settings.

(2) We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms of Use.

8. Disclaimer

PandaCard is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email.
