Counting visitors only needs a hash that changes daily. Nobody can be traced back from it.

What does a digital business card cost at PandaCards?
The Free plan is free forever and includes one business card — no credit card needed. If you need more cards, forms and statistics, you can switch at any time: Plus is €2.99 a month, Team is €4.99 per person and month.
How does sharing by QR code work?
Every card automatically gets a unique link and a QR code. Anyone who scans the code or opens the link sees your current business card straight away — no app to install.
Is PandaCards GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Everything is hosted on German servers and processed under German and European data protection law. A data processing agreement is available for businesses. Forms offer configurable consent text and privacy links.
Do I need a separate tool like Calendly for bookings?
No. Appointment booking is fully built in, making it a GDPR-compliant alternative hosted in Germany. Your booking page, appointment types and opening hours live in the same account as your cards — no second subscription needed.
What happens if I lose my NFC card?
Nothing dramatic. The link stays online and keeps working. You can deactivate the lost card in your account so nobody else can use it.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Plus plan onwards. Your card is then reachable at your own address instead of a PandaCards one.
Is there an interface for our CRM?
Yes, on the Team plan. A documented REST API reads and writes cards and forms, plus statistics, booking pages and bookings. Webhooks report new form submissions and created, rescheduled or cancelled appointments to your system in real time.
Do I have to cancel if I no longer want the Free plan?
The Free plan never expires and never costs anything — so there is nothing to cancel. Paid plans can be ended at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
