Billing questions
Do I need payment details to start?
No. The Free plan needs no credit card and never expires.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid plans end when the current billing period runs out. Your cards then stay available within the Free limits.
What happens to my cards if I move back to Free?
Cards above the Free limit are not deleted, only taken offline. As soon as you upgrade again they are back, unchanged.
Which payment methods are available?
Card and SEPA direct debit via our payment provider Stripe. Invoices are always available in your account.
Are there discounts for non-profits?
Yes. Drop us a line through the contact form and we will sort something out.
